The breakfast was made-to-order from a menu, a definite plus. parking spots were available. I parked in the back of the b&b. the staff was kind. they gave me advice for spots to see!
My room was small and fairly outdated. people talked loudly inside the residence in the morning. This wasn't great for sleeping in. the room was chilly! i couldn't get the heating to work late at night.

The breakfast included sausages and scrambled eggs. Free parking was available behind the building. I found it very useful. The location allowed a quick walk to the city center.

great location friendly owners easy parking
the location is great, close to the university and city center. the owners are very friendly and provided keys for late re-entry. i found parking easy in the back.
the price felt a bit high compared to other options.

The room was clean and well-decorated, equipped with a comfortable, large bed. ground floor access made it convenient. Excellent disability access was enabled. the shower worked well. but. the bed was very comfortable!

the location is on the west edge of the city island, by the river lee. the city center is only a 10-minute walk away. i found it easy to access all main sights of the city on foot.

the off-street parking was a real plus. the breakfast included scrambled eggs and bacon every morning.. it was a generous serving.
the stairs to the upper floors are narrow, they were a bit difficult with heavy luggage.

Charming B&B near City Center
safe parking helpful advice
The breakfast included bacon, sausage, eggs, and fruit. It was great! I parked my car safely at the back of the hotel which I appreciated. The owners provided helpful advice on local restaurants, so I felt very welcomed.
The room was not well insulated. It got hot during the day but cold at night. The bed had a winter duvet even though it was June. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. I only had cold water.

The hotel is near the city center, a pleasant stroll by the river gets you there. This location is on the west edge of the city with the River Lee in front. It is near pubs and restaurants.
